Key Duties

• Design and update high-quality, interactive online course content for the university’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Deliver asynchronous lectures, facilitate synchronous virtual seminars, and lead live discussion boards.
• Set, administer and mark assignments, tests and examinations, and provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
• Hold virtual consultation hours and provide academic advice and mentorship to students.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, dissertations, and capstone work online.
• Conduct academic research in the area of specialization, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and pursue external research grants/resource mobilization activities.
• Facilitate virtual labs, case studies and practicums relevant to the programme, and build links with industry, churches, government and professional bodies.
• Mentor Lecturers, review assessment rubrics, participate in departmental activities, and serve on online academic governance committees.
• Provide academic leadership for their programme and lead curriculum review.

Qualifications

• For Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration: PhD in Business Administration or related field. At least 8 years’ teaching/research experience.
• For Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship: PhD in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Studies, or related field. At least 8 years’ teaching/research experience.
• For Bachelor of Arts in Theology: PhD in Theology, Divinity, or Religious Studies. At least 8 years’ teaching/research experience.
• For Bachelor of Applied Science in Cyber Security & Digital Forensics: PhD in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Digital Forensics. At least 8 years’ teaching/research experience.
• For Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Science: PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. At least 8 years’ teaching/research experience.
• For Bachelor of Applied Science in Digital Forensics: PhD in Digital Forensics, Computer Science, or related field. At least 8 years’ teaching/research experience.
