Lilongwe City Council invites applications from suitably qualified Malawian candidates to fill vacant positions within the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) programme across 12 constituencies. The recruitment aims to strengthen the management and implementation of the reformed CDF.

Key Duties

• Prepare constituency-level financial reports;
• Process payments for contractors in liaison with the Directorate of Finance;
• Maintain accurate records of all constituency expenditures;
• Assist in the preparation and submission of financial statements;
• Coordinate performance-based assessments at the constituency level;
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Be aged between 25 and 35 years;
• Possess a Diploma in Accounting or a related field from a recognized institution.
