About

The Project Manager will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, coordination, and oversight for the successful implementation of the SOAR Project.

Key Duties

• Lead the implementation of the SOAR Project.
• Provide strategic direction and coordination.
• Oversee project activities and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing donor-funded projects, including 3+ years leading large-scale education programs.
• Experience with social-emotional learning and working with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and district education structures.
• Strong budget, partnership, and team leadership skills.
• Excellent English and Chichewa language proficiency.
