About the Position

We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Software Developer to take comprehensive ownership of our digital presence. This role involves developing our web platform and architecting, as well as maintaining, our mobile applications.

You will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle, from designing scalable database architectures and back-end logic to crafting precise user interfaces for both desktop and mobile screens. Key Responsibilities

Full Lifecycle Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and robust code for web applications and cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android).

System & Payment Integration: Architect and implement reliable integrations with third-party systems, CRMs, and external APIs. This includes designing and managing secure payment gateway integrations for handling subscriptions, transactions, and financial data.

Database Architecture: Develop scalable and user-friendly database schemas (SQL and NoSQL) that ensure data integrity, high performance, and seamless synchronization between web and mobile clients.

UI/UX Implementation: Translate wireframes and design mockups into responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces. Ensuring a native and frictionless user journey across desktop browsers and mobile devices is paramount.

QR Code Ecosystem: Design and implement features for generating, dynamically reading, and managing QR codes. Experience with WebRTC for web-based scanning and native camera APIs for mobile is crucial for fast and accurate QR detection.

API Development: Develop and consume secure RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL) to connect front-end applications, mobile clients, and third-party services with our core back-end logic.

Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs across both low-powered mobile devices and high-speed desktop environments.

Security & Compliance: Implement essential security measures, including encryption, tokenization, and awareness of PCI-DSS compliance, to safeguard user data, payment information, and prevent common vulnerabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Web & Mobile Development:

Front-End (Web): Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Mobile (Cross-Platform): Demonstrated experience building and deploying production-ready mobile apps using React Native or Flutter.

Back-End: Strong experience with server-side languages including Python (Django/Flask), Node.js (Express), Java (Spring Boot), or C# (.NET Core).

Databases: Experience designing relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases, with a solid understanding of data synchronization across multiple clients.

System Integration & Payments:

Proven experience integrating with third-party REST/SOAP APIs and developing middleware for system-to-system communication.

Hands-on experience integrating payment gateways, including managing webhooks, refunds, and subscription lifecycles.

QR Technology:

Demonstrated experience with QR code generation libraries AND practical experience using device cameras for QR scanning. Familiarity with WebRTC and native camera permissions is essential.

UI/UX & Design Philosophy:

Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors (SASS/LESS).

Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for accurate interpretation of design systems.

Ability to write clean, semantic code that adheres to accessibility standards (WCAG). A keen eye for detail is highly valued.

Soft Skills:

Problem Solving: Capacity to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.

Communication: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Self-Management: Comfort working independently within an agile development environment.

Testing: Experience writing unit tests (Jest, PyTest, JUnit) and integration tests to ensure stable releases across web and mobile platforms.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.

Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins) for automating mobile app builds and deployments to app stores.

Experience with WebSockets for real-time data synchronization between web, mobile, and back-end systems.
