One Heart Malawi Vocational Training Center is looking for a dedicated, skilled, and passionate Catering Instructor to join their team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering, Hospitality Management, Food Production, or a related field.
• Practical experience in catering and food preparation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and mentor students effectively.
• Ability to plan and deliver practical and theoretical catering lessons.
• Strong commitment to working with young people and supporting their skills development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical catering lessons.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Guide students in food preparation, cooking, baking, and presentation.
• Support students in developing practical and entrepreneurial skills.
