Role Description

The Commercial Printing Solutions Manager will oversee all aspects of commercial printing operations, client engagement, and technical consulting. Key responsibilities include managing printing projects from start to finish, consulting with clients to understand their printing needs, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing pre-sales activities, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Blantyre.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for assessing client requirements and identifying optimal printing solutions
• Proficiency in Consulting and the ability to provide insightful recommendations tailored to client business needs
• Project Management expertise to oversee the lifecycle of printing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Sales and Presales experience with a proven ability to create strategies, pitch services, and close deals
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Familiarity with commercial printing processes and technologies is highly advantageous
