CareerNova is actively searching for a dedicated Technical Program Associate to spearhead the implementation and oversight of technology solutions integral to our program operations. This pivotal role involves managing systems critical for recipient data collection, verification, payment processing, and ongoing monitoring. You will take charge of all technology-related facets for new project introductions, collaborating with our operations team to define and embed program requirements. Your responsibilities will include project managing implementations involving diverse stakeholders, alongside analyzing, structuring, and leveraging program data. Ideal candidates possess strong systems thinking abilities, are adept at evaluating trade-offs, and can effectively derive and communicate data-informed insights. • Oversee the complete technical delivery cycle for program launches, encompassing scope definition, requirements elicitation, system configuration and deployment, quality assurance and testing, issue resolution, and project closure.


• Foster strong collaborations with Operations, Product, Research, Engineering, and Data teams to guarantee system alignment with program goals and seamless functionality in field environments.


• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges across various components of our technology infrastructure, including our recipient database and offline survey application.


• Identify and manage significant system enhancements designed to boost efficiency, scalability, and the recipient experience, benefiting from expert mentorship.


• Uphold strict adherence to Global Development (GD) standards for data protection, privacy, and financial controls across all implemented systems.


• Facilitate comprehensive technical training and onboarding programs for operations staff and external collaborators.


• Lead post-launch reviews and analyses of technical incidents to inform and drive continuous system enhancements.
