Senior Lecturers - Early Childhood Education

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and assess Early Childhood Education courses at the tertiary level.
• Supervise student research projects and oversee teaching practice sessions.
• Actively participate in curriculum development and review processes.
• Support academic quality assurance initiatives and programme evaluations.
• Mentor junior lecturers and contribute to their academic development.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Development.
• Demonstrated experience teaching at a tertiary level.
• Experience in research supervision will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong instructional and communication skills.
