The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing shipment updates, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally
• Provide timely and accurate shipment updates to customers
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Certificate in Communication or its equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
