About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electronics Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has hands-on repair experience, and takes pride in delivering quality service to customers.
Key Duties
- Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of electronic devices, including:
- Mobile phones & tablets
- Home appliances — kettles, fans, fridges, washing machines
- Televisions and entertainment systems
- Accurately identify faults and provide cost-effective repair solutions
- Maintain proper records of repairs and parts used
- Ensure all repaired items are tested and quality-checked before return to customers
- Provide technical advice and support to customers when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and meet repair turnaround targets
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
