Head of BOS Integrated Services Hub 1

About This Opportunity

Ericsson is seeking a Head of Integration Services Hub1 within the Service Line (SL) Business and Operations Systems (BOS). This pivotal leadership position, forming part of BOS Delivery Excellence, is instrumental in driving exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will primarily focus on pre-sales activities for services and oversee the establishment of integrated delivery models, which include System Integration, Application Development & Maintenance, and IT Managed Services.

This role reports directly to the Head of SL BOS Delivery Excellence for MEMA and is a key member of the BOS Delivery Excellence Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead BOS service excellence, guiding a team of experienced service professionals.
• Assume accountability for service engagement and pre-sales, including achieving revenue targets and profitability goals.
• Ensure alignment with the Solution Area on Services Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, driving the development of service offerings, pre-sales efforts, and delivery engagements across the EMEA region.
• Ensure preparedness for service delivery by planning competence development in line with evolving business needs and portfolio changes.
• Serve as a senior People Manager for your unit and a senior leader across a matrixed organizational structure, collaborating with solution line professionals in
