Open Eye Private Schools is seeking 2 qualified Primary School Teachers to join their team. The successful candidates will prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, maintain accurate student records, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with fellow teachers to support student development.

Key Duties

• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the school curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Foster a positive learning environment and uphold school discipline standards.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to support student development.
• Participate in school meetings, parent engagement activities, and extracurricular programs.
• Ensure timely marking and reporting of student assessments.
• Contribute to the acquisition and effective use of teaching materials.
• Uphold school policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognized Teaching Certificate.
• Completion of Secondary Education.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Must be honest, self-motivated, and committed to student success.
• Must be a self-starter.
