Job Title: Assistant Human Resource Officer

P and E Kleeners is looking for a talented Assistant Human Resource Officer to join our team!

Duties:

• Recruitment and selection of staff

• Maintaining accurate employee records

• Supporting performance management processes

• Assisting with disciplinary processes

• Ensuring compliance with Malawi labor laws

• Coordinating training and development programs

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma in Human Resources or related field

• At least 2 years of HR experience

• Strong understanding of Malawi labor laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
