About Us

Lumina Creative Labs is a global, remote digital agency engaged in diverse projects worldwide, including initiatives like Malawistock.com, which showcases authentic African stories through imagery on global platforms. As we expand both in Malawi and internationally, we are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide crucial support and structure to our growing operations.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with Lumina Creative Labs' management on all major projects.
• Oversee and organize follow-up actions and communications.
• Manage email and WhatsApp communications efficiently.
• Undertake various other organizational tasks crucial for a burgeoning organization.

What You Need

• Previous experience in a personal, executive, or administrative support role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of self-discipline.
• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management capabilities.
• An open attitude towards embracing new technologies.
• High proficiency in English is essential, as collaboration will primarily be with non-Malawian colleagues.

This is a remote, part-time position offering flexible working hours, making it ideal as a supplementary role for students and current employees.
