Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with approved recipes and standards.
• Provide efficient bar service during functions, conferences, and peak operational periods.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock control of the bar area.
• Engage guests professionally and responsibly while upholding service etiquette.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor control regulations.
• Support event service operations, including set-up and breakdown where required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in hospitality Management from a recognised Institution
• Minimum of two (2) years’ proven bartending experience in a hotel, bar, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, bar service techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
