The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) invites applications for the pivotal role of Director of Investigations (Grade ACB 3). This leadership position demands a highly skilled, capable, and driven professional to steer the Investigations Division. The incumbent will be instrumental in shaping and executing sophisticated investigative strategies, refining techniques, and implementing robust operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide strategic direction and comprehensive oversight to all investigative operations.

Enhance the effectiveness of financial crime and anti-corruption investigations.

Foster close collaboration with the Legal and Prosecutions Division.

Conduct thorough performance evaluations and provide mentorship to investigative teams.

Manage the division's financial resources and budget effectively.

Offer expert counsel to the Director General on critical matters.

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for record retention and case management.


Qualifications and Experience:


A Master’s Degree in Law, Criminology, Criminal Justice, Forensic Audit/Accounting, Strategic Management, or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrated professional development through specialized training in advanced financial intelligence, digital forensics, asset tracing, procurement fraud, corruption, or economic crimes investigations.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in investigative roles.

At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Management capacity within a law enforcement agency.


This position is offered on a three (3) year contract basis, with the possibility of renewal contingent upon satisfactory performance. A highly competitive remuneration package is available for the successful candidate.
