Business Development manager
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, trends, and markets to expand the company’s footprint.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct research to understand competitor activity and industry trends.
- Conduct stock taking of available items
- Make orders based on the stock outs and stock on demand
Required Skills and Qualifications
Diploma in marketing, business administration, accounting
- Excellent verbal and written skills for pitching and relationship building.
- Ability to analyze customer data, market trends, and financial reports.
- Strong capability to handle objections and close deals.
- Often requires a proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft excel
Those who have worked in a supermarkets have an added advantage
- Till Operator
Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Payment Processing: Scanning items, operating POS (Point of Sale) systems, and processing cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Cash Management: Counting the float at the start of the shift, ensuring accuracy, and balancing the cash drawer upon closing.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering queries, handling complaints, and providing a positive checkout experience.
- Merchandise Handling: Scanning, weighing, and packing items; removing security tags.
- Transactions & Records: Processing refunds, exchanges, returns, and issuing receipts.
- Operational Tasks: Maintaining a clean, organized checkout area and restocking shelves or merchandise near the till.
Key Requirements
- Accuracy: High attention to detail for managing cash and pricing.
- Speed: Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electronic cash registers, scanners, and card terminals.
Those with past experience working in a similar shops have an added advantage
- Bar tender
Core Responsibilities
- Drink Preparation: Mixing ingredients, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or guest requests.
- Customer Service: Greeting guests, making recommendations, and creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
- Bar Maintenance:
Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the bar area, including washing glassware and disposing of trash
Inventory & Stocking: Monitoring, restocking, and organizing inventory (liquor, mixers, garnishes) and notifying management of shortages.
- Cash Handling: Processing payments, managing tabs, and balancing the cash drawer.
Operational Duties
- Opening/Closing: Setting up or breaking down the bar, including cleaning equipment and restocking for the next shift.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinating with waitstaff to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Menu Knowledge: Staying updated on drink specials, cocktails, beer, and wine.

Essential Skills
- Multitasking & Speed: Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Communication: Engaging with customers and working well with team members.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, reach, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Technical Proficiency: Operating POS systems and, in some cases, crafting complex, artistic cocktails
