WorkForce Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of a client for the position of Temporary Business Project Manager based in Blantyre, Malawi.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field

• A Master’s degree (MBA, Finance, Strategy, or related discipline) will be an added advantage

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, strategy consulting, financial services, or digital transformation initiatives

• Proven experience managing complex strategic or consulting engagements

• Experience in ICT, financial services, fintech, or digital platforms will be an added advantage

• Experience delivering similar assignments is highly desirable

• Applicants with comparable projects should include a portfolio of evidence and traceable references
