Job Description

• Supporting day-to-day project coordination activities and follow up on action items.
• Preparing meeting agendas, take minutes, and track decisions and deliverables.
• Supporting project documentation, including project charters, reports, and presentations.
• Assisting in monitoring project progress and flagging risks or delays to the Manager.
• Coordinating communication between project team members and stakeholders.
• Assisting in compiling project status reports for management review.
• Perform any other project-related duties as assigned.
