Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement captivating lessons tailored for different age groups, adhering to the Rafiki Foundation curriculum standards.


• Cultivate a secure, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters academic growth and promotes good conduct.


• Nurture the comprehensive development of learners, encompassing their social, emotional, academic, and spiritual well-being.


• Track and evaluate student performance, meticulously maintain records, and generate reports for parents and leadership.


• Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on student advancement and welfare.


• Adhere strictly to all child protection and safeguarding protocols.


• Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, volunteers, and PFF staff to ensure a unified and supportive educational setting.


• Lead Bible study and character-building activities integrated within the educational program.
