Technical Specialist

Astellic seeks a short-term Technical Specialist to contribute to a bid submission for a baseline survey and environmental assessment project in Malawi. This assignment focuses on food security, resilient livelihoods, climate-smart agriculture, gender inclusion, and community resilience programming.

We are particularly interested in experts with demonstrated experience in:

• Food security and livelihood program development


• Climate-smart agriculture and resilience strategies


• Agricultural economics or rural development


• Environmental safeguards and impact assessment


• Community-based development programs

Prior experience with donor-funded projects, mixed-methods assessments, and baseline studies will be considered a significant advantage. This engagement is specifically for bid development and potential implementation support.
