Job Objectives

Achieving set individual business/disbursement targets.

Driving the branch to achieve branch business targets.

Managing the branch administration functions, ensuring zero fraud and misconducts at branch level.

Handling customer correspondents and coordinating with respective external and Head Office departments.

Ensuring adherence to all regulatory directives and operational guidelines.

Initiating and executing sales promotions and business campaigns.

Managing branch petty cash.
