In line with this initiative, UNDP Malawi aims to enhance the onboarding experience for all new staff through a streamlined online onboarding website. By ensuring a smooth onboarding process, UNDP cultivates a positive culture of sustained high performance. The UNV programme, as an agency within UNDP, is tasked with providing essential and relevant information regarding its operations for all newly recruited volunteers and personnel on the new online onboarding platform developed by UNDP Malawi.
Under the guidance of the Field Unit, volunteers will be responsible for developing motion graphics to support the creation of introductory videos. These visuals may encompass, but are not limited to, the following topics:
Volunteers will play a crucial role in transforming this information into dynamic and visually engaging motion graphics suitable for orientation purposes.
