Main Duties and Responsibilities
- TNM Agents rebalancing.
- Identification, recruitment and rollout of new TNM Agents and Franchisees in all markets in assigned territory.
- Daily management of TNM agents and Franchisees both new and existing ones.
- Resolution of customer complaints and queries in assigned territory.
- Reactivation and training of customers with dormant Mpamba accounts.
- Enhancement of outlet and market visibility.
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years in sales and distribution preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
- Competent and licensed motorcycle rider.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to operate autonomously, demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High integrity.
- Ability to strive in a fast-paced and demanding service environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
