Role and Responsibilities
- Providing fiduciary oversight and accountability
- Supporting transparency and good governance practices
- Reviewing organizational performance and strategic direction
- Contributing to policy and strategic discussions
- Representing CBM in relevant forums where necessary
Eligibility and Experience
- Experience in governance, leadership, policy, finance, development, or related fields
- Strong commitment to inclusion, philanthropy, and CBM’s mission
- Experience in the public, private, or non-profit sector will be an added advantage
Terms of Engagement
- Board membership is voluntary and unpaid
- Members are expected to attend up to two board meetings per year
- Approved and reasonable expenses may be reimbursed
