Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Rural Development, or a related field with a minimum of (3) years relevant experience.

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Rural Development, or a related field will be a strong advantage.

• Proven experience working with farmer groups or youth agripreneurs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage field activities, collect data, and produce quality reports.

Core Competencies

• Strong coordination and project management skills.

• Excellent facilitation, training, and community mobilisation abilities.

• Good analytical, reporting, and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; digital data tools a plus).

• Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and engage constructively with diverse stakeholders.

• Possession of a valid motorbike licence is a must.
