As part of our continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, we invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Operations Manager.

Candidates without relevant security experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership in the management of nationwide security operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring consistent service quality and contract compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, ensuring the workforce is capable, motivated, and aligned with business needs.

• Oversee recruitment and training of security officers and ensure high standards of professional training.

• Ensure implementation of operational standards, SOPs, risk assessments, and emergency procedures across all sites.

• Lead mobilisation of new contracts and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements.

• Oversee risk management, compliance, and health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.

• Ensure efficient allocation of staff and resources while maintaining strong operational and financial performance.

• Maintain professional relationships with law enforcement agencies and represent the company in relevant forums.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven senior management experience in security operations, risk management, or a similar operational leadership role.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and multiple operational sites.

• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

• Experience in the military or police service will be an added advantage.
