Key Duties
- Scheme Onboarding in OIPA: Create new schemes in OIPA using verified Basis Book information, migrate scheme data from the Compen system to OIPA, and ensure scheme setup aligns with business rules.
- Data Verification and Quality Assurance: Review and validate member biodata against premium schedules and Basis Book details, identify and resolve incomplete or inaccurate data through client liaison, and maintain high data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Follow up with Client Relationship Managers or clients for any missing biodata or clarifications, and meticulously maintain communication records.
- Reporting and Documentation: Track migration progress and generate regular reports (daily/weekly) detailing the number of migrated/pending schemes and encountered challenges. Document and escalate issues requiring further resolution.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with internal teams, including IT, operations, and client relationship managers, and provide feedback for process improvement initiatives related to migration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in office systems.
- Demonstrated numerical aptitude and skills in data verification and database administration.
- Excellent oral communication and client management abilities.
- Competence in action planning, executing plans, and generating management reports.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, drive results, ensure accountability, and plan/align tasks.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of policies and procedures.
