RECRUITMENT AGENT

TEEM Development Centre College seeks dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Recruitment Agents. This commission-based role offers an opportunity to serve across all districts of Malawi.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Commission-Based

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage and guide prospective students through the enrolment process at TEEM Development Centre College.
• Champion the College’s programmes within your assigned district and surrounding communities.
• Identify and inform potential students about available programmes, admission criteria, and application procedures.
• Conduct proactive outreach in schools, local communities, workplaces, and other relevant venues.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospective students and community networks.
• Provide ongoing support to prospective students throughout their application journey.
• Deliver regular recruitment progress reports to the College.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possession of at least an MSCE certificate is mandatory. A certificate or diploma in Marketing, Business, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field will be advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A confident, self-driven, and target-focused professional attitude.
• Comprehensive knowledge of your local community and its environs.
• Capacity to work autonomously and achieve recruitment objectives.
• Access to a smartphone and proficiency in using social media and digital communication tools.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment, or community mobilisation is a plus.
