Central Park Bar and Grill, based in Balaka, invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to fill the position of BARTENDER.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve beverages and drinks according to customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the bar area.
• Handle customer orders and payments accurately.
• Monitor bar stock and report shortages or damaged items to management.
• Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.
• Work efficiently during busy periods, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.
• Must be between 25 and 40 years of age.
• Previous experience as a Bar Tender, Bar Attendant, Waitress, or in a similar hospitality position will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and remain professional under pressure.
• Honest, reliable, presentable, and hardworking.
• Female candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.
