Position: Mobile Money Branch Operator (Female) (2 Post)

MobiGents Limited invites suitable and qualified candidates to join our team as a Mobile Money Branch Operator.

Location: Kamuzu Central Hospital and Chilambula

Key Responsibilities

• Handling cash deposits and withdrawals
• Conducting customer KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
• Assisting customers with mobile money transactions
• Selling company products and services
• Maintaining accurate transaction records and cashbook
• Providing excellent customer service

Requirements

• Female candidate aged 25 – 33 years
• Must possess MSCE (Malawi School Certificate of Education)
• Credit in Mathematics and English
• Knowledge of computers, smartphones, and Google Workspace
• Business-oriented with a sober mind
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
• Ready to undergo background checks
• Preferably residing near Kamuzu Central Hospital or Chilambula
