Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and energetic Branch Manager to join our team. This crucial leadership role involves overseeing one of our satellite branches, managing its operations, driving marketing efforts, and handling financial accounts. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, effective decision-making skills, and proven financial management expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Oversee branch operations and logistics to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Drive sales initiatives, foster revenue growth, and enhance branch profitability.
• Manage, train, and evaluate staff performance to build a high-performing team.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and provide exceptional support.
• Control inventory, manage company assets, and optimize branch resources.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policy standards.
• Supervise parcel verification and front desk operations.
• Support local marketing activities and boost team performance.
• Maintain comprehensive records, prepare various reports, and analyze attendance data.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, operations, and financial performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution or a related business field.
• Proven experience in a team leadership capacity.
• The ability to perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
