About

The Golden Wave Lodge, Located by Masintha Ground, Kawale 2, we are inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and self-driven individuals to fill the position of Lodge Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the lodge
• Manage and supervise all activities within the premises
• Prepare weekly reports (every Friday)
• Plan and organize events and promotions
• Develop new ideas to grow and market the lodge
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements & Attributes

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer care
• Proven ability to manage operations and staff
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and bring new ideas
• Basic computer knowledge is a must!

Qualifications

• Minimum: MSCE
• Certificate in Hospitality Management with experience
• Diploma is an added advantage
