Key Responsibilities

• Process premium payments and other financial transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
• Assist clients with payment-related inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily financial reports.
• Collaborate with the Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Financial Accounting.
• Previous experience as a cashier, teller, or in a financial services role preferred but not a must.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
