POSITION: VICE PRINCIPAL – ACCESS HIGH SCHOOL

Access High School is actively seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking educational leader to partner with the Principal. This role involves providing strategic direction for our Cambridge Curriculum boarding school, focusing on academic excellence, student welfare, staff performance, discipline, and the efficient management of daily operations, all within a Christ-centred environment that promotes excellence.

Essential Qualifications

• A relevant Degree in Education; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in school leadership, preferably within the Cambridge Curriculum framework.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience managing a Cambridge Examination Centre.
• A commitment to student development and Christian education principles.
• Previous experience in a boarding school setting is mandatory.
• Proficiency in one or two subject specialities is required.
