Rab Processors Limited is looking for a dedicated and reliable Dispatch Rider to join our team at the Lilongwe Branch! If you have a valid motorcycle riding licence, good knowledge of local routes, and a passion for timely and safe deliveries, this opportunity could be yours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver documents, parcels, and other items safely and promptly.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and meet assigned schedules.
• Obtain signatures or other proof of delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit reports.
• Inspect and maintain the assigned motorcycle to ensure roadworthiness.
• Comply with traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Handle deliveries carefully to prevent loss or damage.
• Report accidents, delays, and mechanical faults promptly.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Perform other errands and logistical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Valid motorcycle riding licence.
• Previous dispatch or courier experience is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Ability to use maps and GPS navigation applications.
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Honest, reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good safety awareness and a responsible riding record.
