About the African Development Bank Group
Established in 1964, the African Development Bank (AfDB) is a premier pan-African development institution dedicated to promoting economic growth and social progress across the continent. With 81 member states, the Bank focuses on delivering financial and technical support for transformative projects that reduce poverty through inclusive and sustainable economic growth, aligned with its Ten-Year Strategy (2023-2032).
About the Internship Program
The Internship Program is a key component of the Bank's Talent Management Framework, designed to help achieve its Ten-Year Strategy. It offers students a valuable opportunity to gain professional and practical experience within a leading development institution and serves as a pool for potential future recruitment. While the program provides significant exposure, it does not guarantee immediate employment with the Bank.
