POSITION: DIGITAL LITERACY TEACHER / IT PERSONNEL

Overview

When the Saints Girls Academy is seeking applications from qualified, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals for the role of Digital Literacy Teacher / IT Personnel.

Key Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT Education, or a closely related discipline.


• Teaching certification or prior experience instructing Digital Literacy would be considered an asset.


• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various internet applications.


• Excellent typing speed and document formatting capabilities.


• Proven experience operating office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and other related devices.


• Foundational understanding of computer maintenance and troubleshooting.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Must be honest, organized, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive digital literacy instruction, including fundamental ICT concepts.


• Manage typing tasks, document preparation, and general computer application support.


• Operate, maintain, and ensure the functionality of printers, photocopiers, and other office digital equipment.


• Provide essential computer maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT support to the school community.
